Hey there—I’m Nilda.

And I’m not your average HR person.

I don’t believe in check-the-box compliaOrgannce or one-size-fits-all leadership advice. I believe in structure that actually supports people, managers who are allowed to be human, and clarity as a leadership superpower.

I built Reyes HR Solutions to bring clarity and structure to organizations that care deeply—but are stretched thin, flying blind, or stuck in survival mode.

So who am I, really?

I’m a problem-solver at heart—an organizational development (OD) strategist, leadership coach, and creator of frameworks that are rooted in theory but built for real life.

My tools don’t sit in textbooks. They live in break rooms, messy 1:1s, performance meetings, and those all-too-familiar Teams messages that say, “Do you have a minute?”

I’ve spent my career in the thick of it—balancing compliance, coaching, and rebuilding trust after the fifth missed punch-in. I know what it’s like to be the person holding it all together while still trying to lead with integrity and heart. That’s why everything I create is practical and built for the work behind the scenes.

I’ve seen firsthand how poor structure drains good people. So I designed tools that bring the clarity, confidence, and calm that overwhelmed managers are craving.
